Therapy for Depression and Anxiety
We provide individual therapy sessions for people experiencing depression and/or anxiety.
We see clients in person or by telehealth (virtually).
We work with adolescents 16 years old and up as well as adults.

Therapy for Anxiety
Your mind won’t shut off. It’s an unending barrage of thoughts that won’t stop. You feel restless and on edge most of the time. You can’t relax. You can’t focus. You become so overwhelmed with the thoughts that you feel frozen in place. You focus on the worst-case scenario. Your sleep is disrupted.

Therapy Services for College Students

It’s been difficult to navigate, and you’re experiencing challenges you didn’t expect. There are fleeting moments where you feel enjoyment, even excitement, but overall, you feel lost.
